How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. Your package will be delivered to your door via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. For domestic shipments within the Netherlands, local carriers may be used.
Will I have to pay customs duties or additional fees?
No. For all shipments within the European Union, customs duties and taxes are fully covered by Antiocco. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. We carefully manage our fulfillment process to ensure you receive your Antiocco piece as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times generally range from 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear if your package does not immediately show as “in transit,” there is no need to worry.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are processed in the same way as regular orders but are shipped at a later date, as specified on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, available items will be shipped separately so you can receive them without delay. No additional shipping fees apply.
